o
Assisted new CEO of a utility to develop a corporate
strategy. Coordinated, guided the process and sought relevant firm expertise
for the talent and customer related areas of the strategy. The strategy is
currently being implemented.

Operations Consulting Project
o
Developed management and infrastructure aspects of
an inbound/outbound supply chain for a precious metals company. Developed
performance management metrics and processes. The optimised supply chain
created saving potentials of between 6% and 40% on work-in-progress levels. In
addition 18% to 25% supply chain cost reduction, for various business areas.
o
Assessed the capital and investment requirements for
South African freight logistics. Analysed freight requirements under various
economic growth scenarios. Translated these to infrastructure requirements
and costs and evaluated total requirements to existing infrastructure.

Pricing Project
o
Assisted the commercial team of a transport and
logistics company to set and document their pricing strategy. Used analysis
on required pricing levels to develop a pricing strategy to sustain the
business into the future. Developed part of training material, including a
training session, on pricing negotiation methodologies for sales employees.
