Hello,
My name is Chrissy I am a 30 year old female originally from Ontario.
In 2006 I gave up my life in sales and marketing and embarked on the
adventure of travelling. Through all my experiences I have discovered
my two greatest passions are tourism, and animals. My travels around
the world led me back to Canada and found me wanting to call Alberta
home. I have spent this summer and fall working on two a guest ranches
and that has solidified my desire to make a career in the Ranching
industry and dedicate myself to learning and preserving Western
Heritage.

I am flexible and adaptable and have proven problem solving skills and
managerial skills. I have outstanding customer service skills,
patience and a big personality! I have the proven ability to work very
well under pressure and unsupervised. I spent this summer honing those
skills by assisting in the day to day management of a 30 horse guest
ranch in the Alberta Foothills. To further myself with Horses I am
studying under Monty Roberts both on-line and at one of courses held
in California.
As the summer ends I am in search of a place to work and continue
learning the Western ways. I am looking for a role that allows my
strong skills of working with people to be utilised but allows me time
to improve upon my Western Horsemanship skills and overall horse
management. I assure you I am an extremely hard worker, I always
strive to surpass all that is expected of me, and I try to have fun
while doing it. I am willing to intern or volunteer in exchange for
food and board. I look forward to talking with you and discussing what
roles might be available to come and learn your ways of horsemanship.
