My name is Beatrice Migliorini, and I am an Italian outdoor sports professional currently living in Oslo, Norway.

I am writing because I believe my background, experiences, and passion align perfectly with what an outdoor company would need from a guide.

My combination of international cycling experience, outdoor guiding, tourism project management, and health science background is somewhat unique, and I would be excited to explore whether there might be opportunities to contribute to your team.

For most of my life, outdoor sports have been much more than a hobby. They have shaped my identity, my career, and the way I approach challenges and people.

I grew up in the world of mountain biking and competed internationally at the highest level. During my sporting career, I became European Downhill Champion, multiple-time Italian Champion, achieved World Cup podiums, and twice finished 4th at the UCI Downhill World Championships.

While these achievements required discipline, commitment, and resilience, what truly inspired me was everything surrounding the sport: travelling across countries, exploring new landscapes, spending time in the mountains, meeting people from different cultures, and sharing unforgettable experiences through adventure. That passion naturally led me into the outdoor industry.

Over the years, I worked as a Mountain Bike Guide and Downhill Instructor, helping riders of different ages and abilities experience the outdoors in a safe, enjoyable, and memorable way. These experiences taught me that the most rewarding part of guiding is not only leading people through a trail, but helping them build confidence, discover new places, and create lasting memories.

My professional path also gave me a unique combination of skills that I believe can add value to an adventure travel company. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Science and a Master’s Degree in Preventive and Adapted Physical Activity, and I have worked in health promotion, customer service, hospitality, project management, and tourism-related environments.

One of the most meaningful experiences was working as Project Manager for Colomion Spa, where I contributed to projects focused on developing a mountain destination through outdoor sports and active tourism. This role strengthened my understanding of how adventure experiences can create value not only for visitors, but also for entire communities and destinations.

A couple of years ago, I decided to move from Italy to Norway to build an international career and challenge myself in a completely new environment. Living in Oslo has allowed me to develop strong adaptability, intercultural communication skills, and a deeper understanding of both Italian and Scandinavian outdoor cultures.

Today, I am looking for an opportunity where I can combine everything that has shaped my journey: my athletic background, guiding experience, passion for the outdoors, project coordination skills, and enthusiasm for helping people experience nature and adventure.

I am energetic, highly adaptable, people-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic international environments. Whether in guiding, operations, customer experience, destination development, or adventure travel coordination, I am confident that I can contribute with professionalism, positivity, and genuine passion for the outdoor world.
